Description

We now have yet another new addition to the house (It's getting "Crowded" up in here! o.O) in the form of "Molly", Kristin's pet of 6+ years back when she lived at home. Her bed is near the computers, and that means she'll always have someone around when she goes to lie down. ;P She's one of those overly affectionate "Lap Dogs", that doesn't realize she's not puppy sized any more, and she's as mellow as they come, so I think she'll fit right in here. I do like the fact that you can see traces of "The Burp" [link] on her bed. I think it needs another run through the wash... >.>

We got back home from visiting today, and I'm ever so glad to be back to my monitor. I know, shame on me, but I still use a CRT [link] , and the difference in clarity and quality is stunning when compared to the LCD's of a laptop. I'm told that "Stand Up" LCD's have come a long way... but I don't have that kind of money to spend on a "Good One" (Which it would have to be to compete), and I'm more than happy keeping my relatively inexpensive, and yet unquestionably good CRT. Even if it is also "Larger than Life" (I was going to link a TV Tropes Article here... but I love you guys too much for that. ;P)

I've gotten ahead on the story I'm writing [link] , and I'm getting impatient to start posting it. There's an 'Interesting' new angle being thrown into the mix, and I wonder how well it will be received. It's funny, the more I write, the easier it is... and I only wish I'd forced myself to write more... earlier. ;? I definitely have this project to thank for some of that. =^.^= Sometimes crazy impulses are good for you.

[Photo Observation] She wasn't the most cooperative subject here. All the rest of the shots have her making strange faces, or moving too much. Which is kind of funny, as she's generally very chill. I think it was the sudden attention she got that had her so excited. ;P I didn't catch her at a "Flattering" angle, as she looks like lump of dog here. I mean, she's chunky... but not quite as boxy as this shot would have you believe. I am happy with the framing though, and I think the backdrop is kind of cool (That's actually where her bed is. ^.^)
