[116] Home Sweet Home

Tonight after work, Kristin and I had agreed to head out and watch her parents house for them as they went to see a Bull Riding Competition [link] in Idaho. As we both worked, we had to take off after work and it was late by the time we made it out there. I had grand ideas of spending this time catching up on my posts, even though I was still planning on holding off on making any posts until I heard back from dA, but I 'could' put drafts together on my computer... This was my 'plan'. By the time we made it out there, I was tired and we had to be up moderately early, so no writing got done. I 'did' get this shot though.

We brought the animals with us, as Molly used to live there, and Lynx of course doesn't like being alone any more than he must (He is the most spoiled animal I've ever owned. ). Kristin's mom had made a German Chocolate Cake that was still half there when we arrived, and 'that' was an awesome surprise. (Cheesecake, and German Chocolate... I cannot resist either... >.>) I'm so far behind on these that I don't recall what else I 'wanted' to write about for today... so unfortunately that's all for now. ;?

[Photo Observation] I really need to figure out "Night Shots". I like them, but I don't like 'mine'. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong... but there's got to be a better way to get an evening shot without resorting to flash... which really sucks the life out of the image. ;? So I also don't like the angle of the shot... but I 'think' that was a result of my tweaking to keep the front right corner of the car out of the shot. We're missing a headlight. ;?
